Staff members are nominated by their peers to receive the honor of being either the Teacher of the Month or the Classified Staff Member of the Month for Eisenhower.  
The Teacher of the Month is placed in a drawing for District Teacher of the Month.  
The Classified Staff Member of the Month receives a special parking space
