Ready to Apply?

Riley Early Learning Center offers free, developmentally-appropriate preschool for students who are three or four years of age on or before August 31. Priority will be given to applicants meeting one or more of the criteria listed below HOWEVER it is not required:

  • Living in a single parent home

  • Have a parent who was a teen parent

  • Have a parent lacking a high school diploma or GED

  • Low income (qualifies for free and reduced lunches)

  • Developmentally or academically delayed

  • DCF referral

  • Limited English proficiency

  • Child qualifies for Migrant status
