Carnival ride bracelets are coming home today! If your student sold 15 or more items, they will receive one. Please ensure that you keep all three pieces together — you’ll need to present them at the ticket booth when you arrive.

Whether it’s grinding in the weight room, by showing good character in the classroom, and leading by example during practice! Our Female Athlete of the Week is Athena Murphy! Coach says "Athena Murphy showed strong leadership skills and confidence during cheer practice the last couple of weeks. She is the back spotter for one of the 7th-grade stunt groups. She understands the importance of this role and follows safety expectations. Athena is dependable, and the other girls trust her to be there for them. "

Next week, our students will take their interim assessments. These tests are an important tool that helps us understand where students are academically and how we can best support their growth.

We ask parents to help by ensuring students get a good night’s rest and are present each day during testing. Consistent attendance and proper rest allow us to get the most accurate picture of student progress and learning needs.

Our Female Athlete of the week is Kaelynn Carnes! Coach says, "This week, volleyball would like to nominate an athlete who has shown improvement this season and tremendous growth in the past two years. It has been a privilege to watch this hard-working young lady gain knowledge, master the fundamentals, and build confidence on the court. She steps up and is able to make things happen in tight situations. She is adaptable and can make changes without getting flustered when needed in a pinch. Her communication skills on and off the court have helped her teammates out countless times. Her positive energy is contagious. She isn't afraid to admit she made a mistake but then turns around and uses those mistakes as opportunities to learn and improve. Hours outside of practice working extra have been spent so she can present the best version of herself at practice and games. "
